I randomly picked this shop off the street by driving by. It had all the right curb appeal that I, as a female could want, especially though, when you find yourself with car trouble in a town/city you are visiting. Easy access from the street shop with lots of easy to see parking. Clear easy to read signage, the lot and the outside of the shop where clean as well. The front door was easy to find. The front reception area is roomy for an auto shop, with enough seating and an easy to access restroom; all of which are also clean and not cramped or scary. I was greeted quickly and politely by Greg. I only needed a battery switched out, and they got my car right in. While the day I was in was slow, I hope that they could have wiggled my car in on a busy day as well without to much delay, though I am glad I was not faced with that additional hassle. If I lived in the city, these guys certainly would have earned me as a repeat customer. They have earned me as a customer actually, though I really hope I don't need them anytime soon. I have no issues at this time with recommending them to anyone who needs auto repair. I left feeling more confident in K-Motion Auto Service than I am with the actual dealer service shop in the city, which I have had past experience with unfortunately.
